All pricing includes 1) Seven nights housing at the Marina Chacala Villa (or equivalent location); 2) All dance classes; 3) Shuttle to & from the Puerto Vallarta airport; 4) Daily group breakfast at Marina Chacala or local venue; 5) Welcome group dinner; 6) The last evening's dinner & dance; 7) Select alcohol drinks and snacks at Marina Chacala

Payment can be made by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal online (Click on "PAYMENT" in the menu on the left); or by personal check sent by mail; or by cash or check paid to Ari or Jae in person. Please check the appropriate box below to indicate your intention for payment. Payment by Venmo, cash, or check will help you to avoid the added online PayPal charge.


  1. Full refund minus $150 if cancelled within 2 weeks of registration and greater than 6 months of event;
  2. After that date, all purchases will be final.
  3. PLEASE NOTE:  If you find you are unable to attend the event, your ticket is fully transferable contingent upon approval from the Mexico Dance Adventure organizers (Ari & Jae). i.e., please check with the organizers first (you can email, and if it's okay with them, you may give or sell your spot to another person on your own. If you do give it to another person, please have that person register separately online at, and let us know on that form that this is a transferred ticket (not purchased).  
  4. PLEASE NOTE:  If the trip has to be cancelled by the organizers due to Covid-19 complications or other logistic reasons, Jae & Ari will do their very best to reschedule. And, if you are unable to make the new dates, a full refund will be given, minus whatever payment fees PayPal or the CC company insists on keeping.

Registration Terms and Policies:

•   Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that there are physical risks involved while participating at Mexico Dance Adventure (MDA). I voluntarily attend the event, acknowledge the risks, and release liability and waive any and all claims and causes of action against Ari Levitt & Jae Gregory, Worldwide Dance Adventures, Roll Up The Rug, and all MDA Organizers or subsidiaries arising out of my participation at MDA and traveling to/from the event. If I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be personally responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment, including legal and attorney fees. I am also aware and give my consent for Ari Levitt, Jae Gregory, Worldwide Dance Adventures, Roll Up The Rug, and MDA Organizers to use any photos and/or video of me taken during MDA for marketing material unless specifically requested otherwise. 

•   In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the event (schedule, venue, instructors, etc), we will make every effort to notify you via e-mail, Facebook, and our webpage.

  •  We are now requiring all participants to have trip-cancellation insurance which should provide you with a full refund in the event of travel changes or mis-haps, cancellations, health-related issues (such as COVID), etc. We recommend and use our affiliate, World Nomads.  CLICK HERE to sign up.
